Al-Muhanad is a bilingual product-catalogue application operated for Al-Muhanad Company and developed by Al-Habbar Technologies. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.

We may collect your name, phone number, email address if supplied, account identifier, device push-notification token, product favourites, searches and other catalogue interactions. Authorized administrators may upload product photos or videos.

We use this information to authenticate and approve accounts, provide profiles and favourites, administer catalogue content, deliver notifications, secure and operate the service, and provide support. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app tracking or targeted advertising.

Storage and sharing

Information is transmitted using standard HTTPS encryption and retained only as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. We may use service providers necessary to host the API, store content, and deliver push notifications. They may process information only to provide those services.

Children

The app is a general product catalogue and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
